Disliked: Cleanliness
Quando cheguei no local percebi que não estava em condições de receber hóspedes, pois não precisa de luxo até mesmo pelo valor da diária. Mas não tem um banheiro legal nem consegui regular a temperatura, não tem um frigobar pra por uma água, roupa de cama e toalhas muito velhas e café da manhã servido no quarto sem opções de alimentos. Até a xícara veio com café ou seja tinha sido usada por outro hóspede. Tentei cancelar e não tive acesso dessa opção no app e fui obrigada a ficar pois com o apoio do Carlos e do outro recepcionista pois os dois foram a única coisa positiva nesse lugar.
