Good breakfast and a great location. The stay was overall good value for money. However, the shower was difficult to use—the temperature was hard to control and didn’t work very well. Fixing that would make a big difference to the experience.

The Hotel is a bit dated and it takes a 15 minutes walk uphill to get to Avenida Paulista; however, it is a safe area, good value for money and the best included breakfast we had in the whole of Brazil. The room was big and comfortable, staff is very serious, they don't interact much with you. Anyhow, it was a good hotel to stay to explore Sao Paulo
