I missed my flight, so I called Guaru Inn Hotel to reschedule my stay with them. They understood my situation and rescheduled my stay on a different date. The hotel was secure and quiet, the room was clean, and the furniture was new. They do not have reception staff at night, but they give you a security code to open the gate; during the night, it's almost like a self-help hotel. I was very satisfied with their services; they certainly paid attention to the hotel design, and I loved the clean room. I will give a 4.9 star and we will use their services again in the future! Thank you very much!!! 🙏

Very basic accommodation for a night stay close to the airport. The responses to messages was very quick and helpful. Room and bathroom basic but OK. The soap in the dispenser in the bathroom was so watered down it was ridiculous.

Cumpre o que promete. 5min andando da rodoviária de Guarulhos e bem colada com o aeroporto. Se não fossem as malas, eu teria feito o trajeto andando. Tem água e outras coisas disponíveis pra compra no frigobar, todas com preço justo e facilitou muito minha curta estadia.

ótima hospedagem para passar uma noite apenas, eu utilizei para fazer uma conexão, peguei uber do aeroporto e ficou barato, a hospedagem é mais próxima ainda da rodoviária de Guarulhos. obviamente não tem serviço de hotel, mas eles tem frigobar e alguns produtos para venda no quarto. utilizam o self check in.

Bom custo benefício, precisa de algumas melhorias

Muito prático, muito fácil de chegar, entrar e sair, sem burocracia e sem enrolação. Bem próximo ao aeroporto e com básico para uma noite ou algumas horas de descanso. Preço justo e pessoas honestas, quero agradecer por terem guardado uma blusa que esqueci no checkout e consegui pegar depois. Alguns pontos de atenção ficam para a cama do quarto número 6 que era muito mole, daquelas que vc afunda totalmente, a mesma coisa para os travesseiro e o banheiro que estava acumulando água pq a caída do piso não esta correta. O banheiro também não tinha nenhum apoio para as coisas de banho, tem que deixar td no chão, acho faria uma boa diferença uma simples prateleira na área do box.
