The property was located in a nice quiet area downtown with in a short walking distance to a shopping mall. The building was clean and the staff was very nice. The apartment was on the dated side. It was clean but needed updating. The breakfast was not very good and very limited!

Falta muito!

Tirando o pessoal, muito atencioso e prestativo, as condições do quarto estavam péssimas. A começar pela colônia de formigas que habita a cozinha. A televisão de tudo de 15 polegadas mal se assiste algo, menos ainda quando o aparelho da net desliga sozinho. O wi fi não funciona nem com reza braba e o cabo de rede carcomido não funciona também. As tomadas ( escassas) de 2 pinos complica o uso de aparelhos do ano 2000 em diante. O chuveiro é bom, quando não escalda você com uma água fervente ou congela com um jato frio sem tocar nas torneiras. O que vale mesmo é a localização.

Decepção total. Chegamos no check-in foi informado que o quarto estava pronto, quando chegamos no quarto o mesmo estava sujo, com a cama desarrumada. Fopi oferecido outro quarto que era "razoável". O preço estava alto, pois pois valor menor encontrei hotéis melhores mas não tive como me safar da fria que entrei pois o cartão j´[a estava registrado e seria cobrado, uma vez que não desisti no prazo indicado. Nunca mais hospedo-me nesta espelunca. O café da manhã é uma pobreza, o pão francês é cortado ao meio para render. Os sucos são horríveis, é laranguada. o leite é cheio de nata. As paredes do refeitório estão com pintura caindo. Pelo menos já sei onde não deve me hospedar na próxima viagem a São Paulo.

Muito bem localizado, mas o apartamento é muito antigo, cheiro de fechado, a tv funcionava fazendo muito barulho, a luz do quarto quando desligada piscava (atrapalhando o sono), o banheiro extremamente velho.

Experiência desagradável dia 28 tomei café da manhã na rua em virtude das 06:30 da manhã o restaurante esta fechado ( com a justificativa que tal serviço é terceirizado e que o responsável não havia chegado ainda) Duas camas de solteiros barulhentas juntas tentando caracterizar o serviço ofertado ou seja cama de casal Frigobar com copos de água mineral (alguns petrificados) Um dos recepcionistas da noite totalmente desqualificado ao solicitar informações sobre táxi obtive como resposta que só tinha táxi até as 23:00 horas Deixei o hotel á 01:00 da manhã do dia 30/11/2018 optei pelo conforto do aeroporto tendo em vista meu voo ter previsão para 05:50 do dia 30/11/18

O hotel é bem localizado e de forma geral o atendimento é cordial. A estrutura dos apartamentos está bastante desgastada e antiga. O estabelecimento tem apenas 1 secador de cabelos e temos que solicitar diariamente para usar e devolver.
