Pesimo, es la primera reseña negativa que dejo en esta plataforma despues de varios años de estar usandola, el departamento tenia animales, hormigas principalmente en la cama, zona de cocina, etc. Adicional la cama estaba extremadamente dura pero con partes que se hundian, lo reporte, pedi cambio de habitacion o cuarto por el tema de limpieza, animales y la cama pero el sistema es solo de un bot que te niega todo y te dice que puede generar visitas de personal a revisar, pero no te da opciones de cambiar de cuarto, solo te atienden de 9 a 4 pm, tiempo en el que estoy trabajando y no puedo recibirlos al estar fuera

O check-in foi liberado com 10 minutos de antecedência e não houve problemas na recepção. Ficamos hospedadas uma noite apenas, mas o quarto atendeu às expectativas. Porém a maçaneta do banheiro estava quebrada, passamos alguns perrengues com isso. Quarto e banheiros limpos. Havia uma toalha só. Cama confortável, ar-condicionado e televisão funcionando, itens de cozinha e de higiene (sabonete e shampoo) fornecidos, assim como dois cafés em cápsula. Não soubemos fazer o fogão à indução funcionar. Sobre a localização: não é muito longe da estação Fradique-Coutinho, a rua é movimentada. Voltamos 1h da manhã do Estádio do Morumbi e foi tranquilo de andar. O hotel oferece um mercadinho bem útil, passa VR/VA. No geral, uma experiência tranquila e satisfatória.

Foi tudo ótimo. A única coisa que era um pouco chata é que quando eu e meu marido voltávamos da rua, obrigatoriamente os dois precisavam fazer o reconhecimento facial. Ótima experiência com o Charlie.

Quando cheguei, fiquei chocada com o quão limpo e cheiroso estava o apartamento reservado. Além disso, o prédio fica em uma região excelente, possui um mercadinho, áreas ótimas como a academia e com certeza voltarei. Nos momentos em que tive dúvidas, fui bem atendida pelos funcionários via Whatsapp. Não passei por nenhuma dificuldade durante a hospedagem.
