The hotel is super cute, the staff was very friendly. The live music was fun and the bar served nice drinks. It's a family friendly hotel with a water park so if you're going to rest, think twice. They do not have acoustic isolation so resting was extremely difficult.

I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor.

Vamos lá, inicialmente elogiar o Alexandre da Recepção e o Rafael do bar, os dois tiveram atendimentos maravilhosos e super pro ativos. Primeiro vou falar dos problemas e depois da parte boa. No momento da reserva não informaram que os ingressos do parque estavam inclusos, com isso comprei ingressos, somente depois fiquei sabendo, dai tive que cancelar os ingressos. Distância entre o parque e o hotel é grande, vá de carro. O Hotel está em obras e essa é a minha maior reclamação, pois não nos avisaram e as 08 da manhã começa a bateção, e nao adianta reclamar, porque a recepção demorou 24 horas pra me responder sobre o barulho, eles são bem devagar na recepção. Fiz um pedido de ifood e a moça da noite da recepção simplesmente deixou o motoboy esperando 15 minutos na entrada e nao o liberou, somente após eu ir na recepção questionar que ela liberou a entrada do rapaz. A agua do parque não é aquecida em todos os lugares, na parte onde eh a maior incidência de criança, a agua é gelada. A comida no hotel é extremamente cara, um absurdo pagar 90 reais por pessoa para um jantar. Vamos a parte boa. Hotel é bem novo, estruturado, camas muito confortáveis. Café da manha é excelente e reposto a todo momento. A parte de recreação infantil é otima, as crianças adoraram. O preço está ótimo para o hotel e por ter acesso ao parque. Recomendo o hotel, voltarei, mas somente após as obras, pois ninguém merece ser acordado as 08 da manha. Ah e ficaram de me dar copos de brinde, mas não os recebi

Equipe prestativa. Quartos estavam limpos e organizados. Pena que não tem piscina própria, dependendo do parque aquático estar funcionando (mas com entradas incluídas na hospedagem). Um pouco afastado do centro da cidade. Estacionamento não é gratuito, mas com uma taxa simbólica. E permite ir de carro até o parque sem custo extra (já que é necessária uma de cerca de 1km em ladeira, pra chegar nele).

Quarto excelente, espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Atrações para toda a família, bom atendimento. Deixo dois pontos em destaque para uma possível melhora futura: O estacionamento não é ruim, mas é bem apertado e poucas vagas, assim talvez tenha que deixar o carro um pouco mais longe (mas dentro da thermas), não me atrapalhou, mas fica a ressalva para futuros hóspedes. E outro ponto que esse incomodou um pouco mais é que alguns dias trazem música ao vivo na HALL DE ENTRADA onde tem um bar do local. O barulho chega bem forte até os quartos, já que a musica do hall é transmitida nos corredores.

Minha hospedagem no Hotel Termas da Mata, em Cotia, ocorreu entre os dias 02 e 04 de junho, e minha experiência foi muito positiva. Gostaria de destacar a excelente limpeza de todas as áreas do hotel, bem como o atendimento cordial e atencioso da equipe da recepção, que esteve sempre disposta a ajudar. Durante os dias em que estive hospedada, o hotel estava bastante tranquilo, proporcionando um ambiente agradável para descanso. Aproveitei para conhecer e registrar diversos espaços da estrutura, e fiquei muito satisfeita com a organização e qualidade das instalações. A copa compartilhada é muito útil, contando com micro-ondas para aquecimento de alimentos e uma pequena cozinha equipada com pia para lavagem de utensílios. A academia, sala de jogos, brinquedoteca, espaço infantil, televisão e Wi-Fi atenderam plenamente às expectativas, todos em excelente estado de conservação e funcionamento. Também destaco positivamente o estacionamento, que possui um custo único de R$ 20,00 por hospedagem, independentemente da quantidade de dias de permanência, o que considero um ótimo benefício. Como sugestão de melhoria, deixo apenas a questão do ar-condicionado dos quartos do primeiro andar. Durante minha estadia, em um período de temperaturas mais baixas, senti falta da função de aquecimento. Posteriormente fui informada de que os aparelhos possuem apenas a função de refrigeração. A inclusão da função quente seria um diferencial importante para proporcionar ainda mais conforto aos hóspedes

Na semana que ficamos hospedado estava muito frio, porém o quarto estava com a temperatura muito agradável. O ar condicionado também é aquecedor, e isso nos ajudou muito com a nossa criança. Hotel muito limpo e organizado. Teve recreação na sexta-feira a noite para as crianças e foi muito divertido. Gostaria de ter recebido a informação que o hotel disponha de almoço e jantar todos os dias e que era uma possibilidade acrescentar nas diárias. No geral iremos voltar mais vezes. Quarto grande, melhor ficar no 3 andar. O hotel serve janta , mas não compensa pelo que é servido e valor por pessoa. Acesso a restaurantes não é longe, é só ir pelo mesmo caminho ao park animalia, melhor acesso para sair do bairro. Ao chegar se for final de semana de sexta em diante tem direito ao ingresso ao Thermas, não esqueça de pegar a pulseira . Só o ingresso que mandam no ZAP não é a mesma coisa no park, aconteceu comigo, esqueceram e quase não deixaram agente acessar no horário para hóspedes.
