RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!! Very disappointed with this hotel! I was really looking forward to coming here, but for the price I paid, I could have found a much cheaper hotel with better service! First of all, check-in took over 15 minutes! The receptionist was very cold and didn't make me feel welcome at all! No smile, he seemed annoyed that I was there! The room is extremely tiny and the Wi-Fi is incredibly weak! Impossible to work! I was disconnected every 20 minutes!!! The area is very dangerous at night, be careful! Also they ask you 20BRL per item to keep your luggages (even for a small backpack that you can put over your suitcase)! Breakfast was okay.

O atendimento em si é ruim. Funcionários mal humorados, algumas vezes mal educados e sem interesse em ajudar um cliente ou de negociar pela manutenção. Parece que por se o mais próximo do centro principal manter o cliente não é uma necessidade mesmo o valor sendo alto. Só voltaria por questões da proximidade. A comida também deixa bastante a desejar pelo valor pago.

O quarto que fiquei era pequeno mas bem aconchegante, limpo e com tudo que foi necessario, secador, frigobar. Unico problema que fez muito frio em São Paulo e faltou cobertas, mas nos deram tudo que podiam para me aquecer, cafe da manha bom. Equipe de atendimento otima. Limpeza otima.

É a segunda vez em 2 meses que me hospedo no hotel e o elevador está quebrado. E dessa vez o lençol da cama estava usado. Outro ponto negativo é o fato de nunca o hotel flexibilizar o horário do check-in, aí no fim do dia é um fil gigantesca e tem poucos funcionários para atender a demanda.

Poderiam oferecer xampu nos banheiros (há apenas um sabonete líquido multiuso). Também há um barulho ocasional que se repete ao longo da noite que parece ser o da caixa de água dos vasos sanitários dos apartamentos próximos enchendo novamente. Fora isso, o hotel é muito limpo, localização central e funcionários muito educados e prestativos.
