Nice aparthotel in Jardims, good value for money.

Nice aparthotel well located in the Jardims area. Good value for money, helpful staff. Basic kitchen with cooking pots available (you may need to ask at the reception). Very good breakfast (served at a neighbouring hotel).

The staff were excellent and very helpful and deserve recognition as they did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely dated (like something out of the 1970s), the bed was comfortable but the bedside lamp had bare wires and sparked, the bathroom heater worked only for a few minutes and then the shower got cold, there was no hairdryer.

The rooms need to be cleaned very dirty and on the bedrooms have a old dirty carpet wardrobe and bed smell mold I like the location but is not worth what you pay for

Their Superior Suite Room which I was upcharged for looks like Standard suite in the site. Most front desk people were nor knowleadble nor helpful with excetion of talent wasted overnights. The manager js non existant. The room rain INSIDE ALL OVER BY BED IN ROOM DUE TO INFILTRATION. I let then know and nothing was done. The owner of the building himself appeared and was a jerk with after a week staying paying their overprices then couldnt just wait my car for me to leave lobby. Dont stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE

BEWARE: Front desk at check-in is bluntly rude and with shocking unapologetic sarcasm. Front desk staff started at being unaccommodating then escalated to a full disrespectful demeanor. If this is what you want - stay at this hotel. I love the city and I visit Sao Paulo often. However first time I ever not only felt UNWELCOME but I also felt I WAS UNSAFE after the negativity I experienced. Unfortunately I felt this soon as I stepped to the check-in counter. Sao Paulo is a beautiful city and THERE ARE MANY FRIENDLY OPTIONS - do not choose this place. Excellent people in brazil. FROM A FREQUENT VISITOR WHO KNOWS YOU CAN FIND MUCH MORE CARING HOTEL STAFF WHO WANT TO WELCOME VISITORS.

Minha estadia no Alameda Apart Hotel durante uma viagem a trabalho foi excepcional, superando todas as minhas expectativas. Os apartamentos são incrivelmente espaçosos, com sala, cozinha e quarto separados, proporcionando um conforto e privacidade incomparáveis aos hotéis convencionais da região. A limpeza impecável, com tudo cheiroso e bem organizado, contribuiu ainda mais para a minha satisfação. A localização do hotel é simplesmente espetacular, a poucos passos da Avenida Paulista. Restaurantes, mercados, farmácias e opções culturais como o MASP estão todos acessíveis a pé. Ter um Pão de Açúcar e um Carrefour praticamente ao lado facilita muito o dia a dia, especialmente para quem está em viagem a trabalho. O que realmente me impressionou foi o atendimento excepcional da equipe da recepção. Extremamente educados, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar com qualquer coisa, desde dicas de restaurantes e pizzarias da região até informações sobre transporte público, me fizeram sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. O café da manhã, com seu buffet variado e saboroso, foi o início perfeito para cada dia. Além disso, o minimercado interno do hotel é uma comodidade muito útil para quem precisa de itens básicos. Para quem busca espaço, conforto, uma localização privilegiada e um custo-benefício quase impossível de encontrar na região da Paulista, o Alameda Apart Hotel é a escolha ideal. Eu amo me hospedar no alameda! Equipe solicita, localização perfeita, perto de tudo de mais legal que tem em SP. Os quartos são um apartamento, com cozinha, sala e quarto! Arquitetura da decada de 80 com estilo preservado. Amplos e limpos. Impossível encontrar melhor custo benefício na regiao. Obrigada!

Hotel razoável ! Porque são apartamentos com mobília bem antiga … mas oque incomodou foi o cheiro de mofo … muito forte !!! Cama boa , café da manhã espetacular ! Outro ponto negativo como fica na Alameda Santos não há isolamento de barulho .. atrapalha o sono !!! Melhorias … acabar com esse cheiro de mofo é o principal ! Pois incomoda muito !

Il s'agit d'un hôtel appart de 3 étoiles que je n'avais pas remarqué sur l'annonce, sont emplacement est excellent mais ses installations ils ne sont pas bon, les lits sont pas mal, les canapés sont très médiocre mais le pire c'est la cuisine, pour ne pas dire qu'elle est très mal équipé je dis seulement qu'elle n'est pas équipée, 5 assiette, 3 verres, 2 cuillères, quelques coteau, pas de bouilloire d'eau, pas de casseroles, pas de poêle, pas de micro-ondes, pas de four, pas de théière même pas de produits de vaisselle, mais il existe une plaque avec des allumettes que je ne savais pas à quoi servir ! Lorsque j'ai demandé à la réception ils m'ont donné 2 casseroles et un bouilloire d'eau au feu que je n'ai pas utilisé et j'ai garder dans le sac de plastique lamentable qui m'ont donné ! En effet même pas un fer à repasser ils n'ont pas, alors qu'ils sont un appart hôtel, en étant un professionnel de tourisme j'aurais préféré qu'ils ferment la porte de cuisine et vendent l'hôtel comme un suite hotel au lieu d'un appart hôtel.
