I have stayed in the same building under Akile Downrtown Suites and it was fine, but under the 360 Suites management, it was a nightmare! Over 3.5 hours to finally get checked in! The mattress was hard as a board. After the 2nd day, I requested a room move due to the mattress and it took nearly 3 hours to make the move, then no wifi. we packed up and moved to another hotel that day. I will never stay under that management again! I have to give lots of credit to the front door security named Uli. He was amazing and went above and beyond trying to help us out but they can only do so much. I paid up front for the insurance and I'm hoping it may help in this situation. I was also charged and additional cleaning fee to move to another room, which had to be paid in advance to move. I never slept or used in of the facilities in the 2nd room, since there was no wifi. Once we vacated that property, we were able to enjoy the rest of our 3 days left in Sao Paulo. The first 2 days were a nightmare!!!!! The rooms looked like a "stripped down" version of the room I stayed in, in May of this year in the same building under Akile Downtown Suites!
