Por exemplo: muitas pessoas utilizando a borda da piscina para colocar copos, bebendo e comendo dentro dela também e nenhum funcionário reprimindo; pessoas reservando espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sol com toalhas e pertences pessoais e não utilizando o local, em detrimento a pessoas que não tinham onde se instalar; café da manhã deveria iniciar mais cedo, entre 06 e 06:30h; valores de alimentação elevados.

Hotel legal, com um excelente parque aquático e muitas opções de lazer (especialmente para crianças). O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar pela falta de conforto. Pelo preço pago poderia ser melhor. O check in demorou muito porque havia pouca equipe para atender o grande número de pessoas. Poucos elevadores. Fica um pessoal no hotel te abordando para vender cota de novos empreendimentos… desnecessário isso. De resto ok.

A minha estadia foi horrível. Era para ter sido um final de semana mágico, tendo em vista que o parque aquático é incrível. No entanto, o hotel sem dúvida o pior que já estive. Primeiramente, ao chegar, demorou cerca de 40 minutos para fazerem o check-in, o argumento utilizado foi que a e4530775-63f8-4431-9b49-35b1656cb365 estava em treinamento. Mas penalizar hóspedes que dirigiram por horas é totalmente falta de respeito, reclamamos da demora em fazer um simples check-in
