Bom hotel, confortável, limpo, com boas opções de café da manhã e jantar, porém com poucas e confusas informações na recepção e com vendedores do novo resort sendo ostensivos na abordagem. Fui pra descansar, não pra comprar cotas no novo resort.

The hotel is ok to stay although the bathrooms were dirty, the bed was worn and uncomfortable, noisy elevators, poor food selection, very expensive and overpriced food and beverages and some rude employees. Unfortunately won’t return.

Amazing Hotel!!

Hotel muito bom! Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Grande variedade no café da manhã, inclusive uma estação para omeletes, misto, ovos e tapiocas feitos na hora. Jantar vale muito a pena também, sempre com variação na comida e muita opção. Piscinas quentes e com música. Monitores para crianças também foi um grande diferencial. Serviço de manobrista muito bom e rápido. O único ponto ruim no hotel foi os elevadores, apenas 2 para o hotel inteiro, felizmente não tive muito problema pois não estava “cheio” mas sempre me imaginava na alta temporada.

Best place to stay in Olimpia. Amazing food and service. Very Good room, restroom and bedroom. We liked a lot. I strongly recommend. I came back soon!!!!! The Arabian food was fantastic!

A experiência da minha família foi excelente. Visitamos o hotel em baixa temporada e não sofremos nenhuma das reclamações relacionadas a lotação do café da manhã ou tempo de espera no check in ou no estacionamento. Muito pelo contrário. O café da manhã estava tranquilo e além dos itens do buffet, contava com ilha de omelete e tapioca. Quando necessitamos do carro, os manobristas o traziam em menos de 10min mas na maior parte das vezes, utilizamos a van do próprio hotel para ir até o parque. No mais, o atendimento de todos (recepção, restaurante, recreação) foi excelente. Não temos reclamações, apenas elogios.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Olímpia

Uma excelente opção de hospedagem na cidade dos parques aquáticos. Quartos amplos com bastante conforto e comodidades. A piscina do hotel é excelente e o café da manhã possui grande variedade de alimentos sendo servido em ambiente agradável. O estacionamento com manobrista e super prático. Os colaboradores foram prestativos e gentis.

Já foi melhor

Essa foi a terceira vez que me hospedei no Celebration Resort, e essa ultima vez não tive uma experiencia muito agradavel. A TV do meu quarto não tinha som, liguei 2x na recepção, porem ninguem atendeu o meu chamado, fui pessoalmente tbm, e nada foi resolvido. Na hora do check-in, me informaram que o hotel não estava cheio, estava bem tranquilo. Mas colocaram a gente um um quarto onde na hora do banho a aguá vazava por todo o banheiro.

Uma viagem de final de semana incrível com minha família, quarto excelente e espaçoso para dois adultos e duas crianças, aréa de lazer muito agradável com psicinas para ambas idades e aquecidas, pegamos o sistema de meia pensão com café e jantar que nos atendeu muito bem, comida de qualidade e saborosa, atendimento nota mil nos bares, além de incluir um translado para o Hot Beach.
