Imóvel bem localizado, próximo a praia, o espaço é muito bom, ótimo custo benefício. Colocar nota 4, pois tive um problema com um ar condicionado de um dos quartos que não estava funcionando. Em contato com o proprietário, ele prontamente resolveu e nos deu outro quarto, mas como a intenção era ficarmos todos juntos e acabamos separados impactou na avaliação. A pressão da água dos chuveiros também poderia ser melhor.
