3rd time staying there. The hotel is very conveniently located. Good food all within walking distance. A 15-min walk to the railway station. It's near a supermarket, cafe, pizza shop, 7-11... The room that I booked had really good views. The staff were very polite and helpful. There were always different main dishes for breakfast. Will definitely book it again.

Comfort hotel with minimal info given

Sanyi is the the best choice in location if you want to tour Miaoli. There are only 2 to 3 places of interest around. The hotel was comfortable & provided goid breakfast, however the counter staff was not helpful st all, they could not provide basic info when I checked on direction to places & where to take train. They looked away when they do not know how to handle query.

Loved it!

This is the only and best hotel in Sanyi area that are centrally located if you are interested to visit Hakka pottery museum and kilns . Sanyi wood sculpture museum is only 20 minuets away. Sanyi is also the biggest wood sculpture and red wood furniture town in Taiwan. We loved it and enjoyed the free breakfast. I didn’t know that I made mistakes by booking the lower price rooms but they upgraded to better one. You can’t beat the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beside our hotel there is a 3D picture of the broken bridge and a big cat - nice to take pictures and walked up can also take pictures painted on the wall. A lot of restaurants near our hotel very convenient.

At check in, the agent wasn't very friendly or helpful. At check out, the agent was very helpful and had ideas on where to go and getting a driver for us - if only we'd know the night before. The bathroom was big and had both a tub and a shower. The hotel was near the painted stairs and got really noisy in the morning with visiting groups taking photos. Good breakfast with many options and items. The staff seemed hurried and could use more smiles.

Highly Recommended if staying in Sanyi

This 3* hotel is so much better than the 4* hotel I stayed in Taipei. The 2nights stay in this Hotel is definitely worth the money. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful. They provide us with detailed information around the region and recommendations on where to have our meals. The toilet with the Japanese onsen style bathtub is superb. Hotel is located near the Sanyi Train station. The Flying cow ranch, Shengxing railway station and other attractions nearby is only about a 10mins-20mins drive away. Overall, excellent experience staying in F hotel.

Spacious hotel guest room and clean.

Our stay with the hotel was fine, just that the hotel does a few travel agency business especially the mainland Chinese tour groups. People from that group are particularly noisy. Other than that, hotel room is huge with good services - however that depends on which front office lady is serving you.
