Fuyez vite ne réserver pas

A fuir absolument. Nous avons pris soin de réserver en amont notre séjour avec hôtel.com nous sommes arrivée à Santorin à 23h et tenez vous bien on appelle l’hôtel pour dire que nous sommes arrivée et l’hôtel nous dit qu’il y’a aucune réservation pourtant j’ai bien été débité de l’hôtel…nous avons passé 4h au téléphone afin de trouver une solution avec hôtel.com ils ont rien voulu savoir ils ont été incapable de nous trouver une solution pourtant je leurs ai précisé que j’étais avec une femme enceinte et ils nous ont fait tourner en rond pendant 4h au téléphone passant de traducteur à traducteur à se faire raccrocher au nez et j’en passe. Au bout de 4h ils ont proposé de rembourser l’hôtel dans un délais de 24h et en dédommagement ils ont proposé 90€ c’est une insulte pour un client hôtel.com depuis 2016 comment trouver une nuit d’hôtel en plein mois d’août et surtout avec 90€ de dédommagement quand on sait qu’une nuit coûte minimum 150€. La personne qui a fait du forcing au téléphone se surnomme abi d’ailleurs elle rigolait parfois avec la traducteur alors que nous étions SDF Finalement nous avons trouvé par notre propre moyen un hôtel qui a accepté de nous héberger pour une somme dérisoire pour les quelques heures afin de finir la nuit dans un lit. Aina suites à rien voulu savoir ils ont proposé aucune solution si vous envisager de réserver la bas BONNE chance l’hôtel est introuvable perdu entre plein de bâtiment fuyez
