Fantastic hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms are awesome, always clean and modern. Breakfast was simple but tasty, plentyful and very filling. The pool was great, with a shallow end for small kids. Just off the main road, but a side street away from the beach which was a quieter road to walk down.

Should be better...

basically no wardrobe no place to leave clothes if you stay for more than one night The air conditioner falls right on the bed, we left sick... There is no way to cool the room while you are away because it is organized so that there is no electricity when you lock the room from outside. The breakfast isn't buffet, just basic breakfast.... and you have to wait long time after 09.00 The 2 employees who are carrying all about the hotel are doing more than their best.

Soggiornato dal 3 al 11 agosto 2024. La struttura è molto carina, camera con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo per nostra figlia. Bagno piccolo ma comodo. Mancano appoggi per le valigie (noi le abbiamo messe a terra). Nell'armadio (senza ante) ci vorrebbe una piccola cassettiera. Nel bagno non c'è il bicchiere per gli spazzolini e anche li manca un piccolo appoggio per i cosmetici. Complessivamente la struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. La colazione è servita a bordo piscina, abbondante anche se poco varia.

I loved the location, everything was near. The staff in Sagma Central were wonderful and so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and big enough. The only minuses were, that you had to buy your own water to the room and you need it a LOT, because the water from the tap isn't drinkable. But luckily everything is near on a walking distance, so was the market ! The other minus was, that when you are visiting the place for the first time, you obviously don't know about things. Like how the lights work, how to use the toilet. It's so different than in our country. More information in the start, that's all. BUT, after saying this, if you are unsure about ANYTHING at all, the staff will help and show you ! They are so wonderful ! ❤️ Just ask. We surely had a great week and experience ❤️ And certainly can visit again ❤️ 👍 Thanks for everything and take care !
