Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. It was refreshing to see the staff cleaning the pool early in the morning, which showed how well the property is maintained. Although the hotel is a little away from Fira town, it offers excellent value for money. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

Quiet area and close drive to the towns. Easy check-in and check-out, receptionist was very informative about the area and recommended places to go. Breakfast was very good and the man serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful, would help with anything you needed. (His homemade banana bread was delicious.) Rooms were very clean and modern. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about Onyx. The room was beautiful and modern. The pool area is immaculate and many afternoons were spent here as it's incredibly peaceful. The staff were wonderful and helped organise car hire and taxis efficiently. The breakfast was simple but fresh. The location is perfect if you have your own transport but a little bit of a hike to Fira on foot. Local restaurants and coffee spots are worth a visit. No complaints. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting the island.

Absolutely beautiful place and stay. So peaceful and clean and worth every penny. If you’re looking for a room with a private pool but fira is too pricey this is 100x better regardless. Fira is a 5 min drive. You’re able to rent ATV and moped right on property to get around too. Constantina is an angel!

Brand new hotel located centrally on the island. The Onyx team is absolutely wonderful. Great breakfast, pool side bar and snacks if you want. So clean and so comfortable. Pool is not heated so if the weather is not agreeable it’s pretty cold to be in it. The staff here are outstanding. Would recommend getting a car because locations is isolated from main spots. Drivers are expensive we paid 25€ one way to Fira which is about a 6-8 minute drive. There is a car rental located right at the hotel- Freedom Rentals. Wonderful time in Santorini.

We had an absolutely amazing week staying at Onyx Hotel in Santorini. The hotel was so clean and we loved our room, the hot tub on the balcony felt like such a special luxury. All the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and friendly, and so happy to help us with anything we needed and wanted to help us to make our stay extra special. We really enjoyed the short walk into Fira every day, and found the location absolutely perfect for us - especially being out of the way of the busier areas. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone ☺️

Onyxx Hotel was incredible! It was clean and well maintained. There was also complimentary breakfast and the pool was excellent. The breakfast was excellent (fruit, yogurt, eggs, assortment of breads, teas and coffees. What I loved the most about Onyxx was the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful. The receptionist Konstantina was extremely helpful in talking about the island of Santorini, where to go, and even helped us get car rentals and a cab when we left. The staff at the bar (breakfast/snack bar) were fabulous as well. The cleaning ladies did an outstanding job cleaning the rooms and did so in a quick and efficient manner. Overall, Onyxx was a great hotel, one of the best we have been in, and close to all major attractions/locations (Fira, Oia). I would definitely go there again and recommend anyone visiting to give it a chance.
