We had an amazing time! We felt extremely safe. The room was very clean and sanitary. We left for a moment to go out and when we came back, our room was nicely cleaned and our belongings were not touched. Very friendly and polite staff. We will definitely be staying here again.

The Volcano view suite was amazing. It was right near the Main Street and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The staff (porter, driver, reception) were exceptional. The room comes with a hot tub that has views of the volcano. The breakfast is down at the main hotel which requires a 10-15 minute walk. The walk there is downhill but uphill on the way back to your room.

Fantastic staff all around. Great property. Although a bit hard to get to, their logistics staff is superb especially Ali and Mustafa. Very helpful, polite, and caring staff. Great location of property away from high traffic tourist areas. Will visit again and recommend booking the cave suit rooms.

Our favourite hotel stay of our trip. Very comfy bed and amazing shower. We especially loved the Greek breakfast buffet every morning. The staff were so friendly and approachable, always happy to help. Pool was super refreshing and had the most comfortable lounge chairs. Amazing view of the sunset!! Price is worth that alone I’d imagine. Be prepared to climb some stairs. Only negative was the check-in process as it took us well over an hour to get into our room.

Our stay here was amazing. Everything was perfect, staff was amazing and helpful, the room was clean. We are very happy with our visit. We had their help with transportation from and to the port, well worth it. There are so many steps in Oia and they help you with your suitcases, it’s really helpful. Breakfast was great too!

The room and location were excellent. Steps away from dome, local boat ports, great restaurant. Only negative comment the stair leaving this was was intensive and very steep. I worked out twice a week and had hard time climbing them on daily basic

Honestly my wife and I were exhausted but we arranged a pickup at the airport. When we arrived The Porter brought our bags down the mountain for us and Niko at the front desk took very good care of us. The breakfast was wonderful and they even left a little surprise snack when we checked out. Thank you to their entire staff for making our short visit memorable.

This place was an absolute dream! We stayed in the volcano view suite which had an additional room above the main villa. It was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle under the main pedestrian walkway. Sitting the the hot tub felt a bit like being in a fishbowl but I actually loved being right in the middle of it all (you can also draw curtains for some privacy). I am dreaming of coming here again! The staff was so helpful, just a WhatsApp text away! And it was actually really fun to walk to the main property each morning for breakfast while the streets were empty and quiet.

Rooms clean and staff friendly. However I think well worth noting that this hotel is FAR down the caldera. MANY steps to get up and down and let me tell you this would deter me from staying here again. Yes they help with luggage but the up and down on the steep steps was definitely a challenge. It’s half way down to ammoudi bay which is nice but if mobility is an issue this is not the place for you. Otherwise overall a great experience.

Absolutely loved our stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect — walking distance to everything. The villa was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. One huge win for us was the gentleman who helped carry our luggage up and down those steep Santorini stairs. We had FOUR 50lb suitcases plus carry-ons, and honestly, I don’t know how we would’ve done it without him. Make sure to bring some cash to take care of him — he deserves it. Overall, a 5-star experience for us and we would definitely stay again.
