Right from the owner joanna, the manager konstantina, and all the staff, especially Victor the place is top notch. They bend over backwards to make your stay as special as possible. Konstantina gives wonderful advice from restaurants to things to do. Our week long stay was just amazing. We cannot wait to go back.

We arrived earlier in the day and they offered us complimentary coffee as well as storing our luggage if we would like to explore the island while waiting on the room to be ready. They suggested we take a catamaran tour since we had limited time so that we can see most of the attractions in 1 day and the beautiful sunset. The tour was amazing so, we are grateful for the suggestion. The next day we asked for a late check out due to me hurting my knee and not being able to walk around as we planned. They moved us to an upgraded room and allowed us to stay additional 4 hours to get rest and feel better. Everyone was extremely hospitable and helpful. The front desk Manager Konstantina is a wonderful young lady and made our stay very enjoyable. Victor the Porter took care of our luggage and made sure we never ran out of coffee and the kitchen lady prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We will definitely recommend this family hotel to our friends. The location was perfect and the view of the caldera was magnificent.
