Host was attentive and welcoming. The home was extremely clean. We were provided an amazing breakfast every morning. Pool was heated so that we could use it while we were there in October! I highly recommend!!

Excellent location and super accomodating

The property is located 5 minute walk to perissa black sand beach, with many restaurants, bars, and small markets. The host was very accommodating to our needs; the apartment was cleaned immaculately daily; and the daily breakfast was a very thoughtful touch. There are two things to note: the fridge in the apartment is not full size, so keep this in mind if you think about picking up groceries prior to the arrival. (However, the fridge is stocked with welcome beverages upon arrival, which was great!) secondly, the sofa bed is not the most comfortable, according to my friend who was designated to that bed. Although the property can accommodate 5 people, I would say it’s more comfortable with no more than 4 people.

Perfect Honeymoon

Fantastic location and a fantastic host. Argyris was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The villa is situated so close to the Black sand beach, restaurants and markets. Argyris also decorated the room with a beautiful honeymoon surprise which was so very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend the villa to anyone visiting the beautiful Santorini.

Magnificent house at few minutes walk from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Argyris was an available host and gave us good advice on places to visit. The house is comfortable and true to the photos. The breakfasts offered and delivered each morning are delicious and plentiful. This is a much appreciated attention. It is well located very close to the beach and services while being a quiet space.
