LOCATION

The location of Opera Villa is one of its greatest advantages for guests who wish to enjoy luxury without being isolated from the island’s essential services and infrastructure. Messaria is an authentic and lively village with year-round activity, where restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies and all essential services can be found within a very short distance.

The villa is approximately 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the port, just 8 minutes from Fira and around 10 minutes from Santorini Hospital. The nearest beach is approximately 2.5 km away.

In addition, within about a 10-minute walk from the complex, guests can reach one of the most beautiful spots in the area to enjoy and photograph Santorini’s famous sunset, the Caldera and the volcano.

The complex has been constructed using natural, handcrafted materials of exceptional quality, with volcanic stone, marble and solid iroko wood as its dominant elements.

All interior staircases are finished in marble, while the main living areas feature solid iroko wood flooring. The kitchen is also crafted from iroko wood and Sunny marble, while the bathroom furniture combines iroko wood, Sunny marble and stone washbasins.

Handcrafted wooden mirrors, wardrobes, works of art, blown-glass lighting, crystal and porcelain details complete an interior where traditional architecture meets contemporary luxury.

Naturally, all areas are fully air-conditioned.

Although the villa is located in a very central part of the island, the surroundings remain exceptionally peaceful. In the evenings, guests can relax beneath the magical Aegean sky while enjoying views of the sea, Fira and a large part of Santorini.

The complex offers private parking and easy direct access from a public road, which is particularly important for guests who choose to explore the island by car. One of the greatest shortcomings of many accommodations in Santorini is the lack of private parking. As a result, guests often have to walk long distances from a parking space, which they may already have struggled to find, to reach their accommodation, arriving frustrated and tired. Opera Villa offers the convenience of parking directly within the property.

The terrace also features four sun loungers, a sun umbrella and an outdoor lounge area, creating a private relaxation space that essentially becomes an extension of the villa itself.

On the lower level of the villa is the private heated four-person Jacuzzi/Hot Tub, set within a distinctive cave-style spa area. Here, guests can enjoy the warm water in a completely different, sheltered and atmospheric environment at any time of the day.

The combination of the outdoor private pool and the indoor heated Jacuzzi/Hot Tub creates a complete private wellness experience: sunshine, refreshing water and poolside relaxation during the day, followed by warm water, tranquillity and a spa atmosphere whenever complete relaxation is desired.

INTERIOR LAYOUT

Opera Villa is filled with colour, natural light and a unique sense of energy. It is arranged over two different levels, with each space designed to have its own individual character.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA

On the first level, covering approximately 40 sq. m., is the fully equipped kitchen, crafted from solid iroko wood and Sunny marble.

The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, cookware and utensils, kettle, capsule coffee machine and toaster, allowing guests to prepare anything from a simple coffee to a complete meal.

The same area also features a dining table and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed. The space is illuminated by distinctive ceiling lights and handcrafted wall lamps made from colourful blown glass.

FIRST BEDROOM

The first bedroom, approximately 25 sq. m., is illuminated by a porcelain chandelier and handcrafted blown-glass wall lights.

It features a handcrafted mirror and wardrobe made from iroko wood, a television and large balcony doors providing direct access to the pool. From the bedroom, guests can enjoy views of the sea, even while lying in bed.

The combination of direct pool access, views of the Aegean and handcrafted details creates an exceptionally romantic and atmospheric bedroom.

SECOND BEDROOM

The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds, which can be joined together to create one large double bed, offering flexibility according to the needs of each group.

It features a private heated four-person Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and a shower.

The space is illuminated by ceiling lights and colourful blown-glass wall lamps, which enhance its cave-like character and create a warm and highly atmospheric experience.
