Dandy Cave Villa is a traditional Cycladic villa with 3 separate, side-by-side caves – one by one are very unique , in a private, walled courtyard like an old Greek neighborhood, with pebbles and a wonderful waterfall - jacuzzi. It is also a "subcave" - half is inside a rock in the earth and the other half is visible on the same level as the yard. It is clearly the highlight of the yard.

Also, in the same area of the courtyard there is a large table with chairs, two large wooden benches, a coffee table and chairs. It has everything you need to be able to enjoy the sun, the stars, the rain, the summer breeze, at all hours of the day and night.

Let's come to more practical matters: The villa is 160 sq.m. which means comfort and luxury. We would suggest that you also take a "look" at the photos, the facilities and see the aesthetics and functionality of the house.

What we love to showcase is the beautiful, private atrium - courtyard that looks like an old Greek neighborhood and is the focal point of the 3 caves. You will be happy to smell the fragrance of the flowers, the atmosphere, to be caressed by the breeze and enjoy your coffee next to the hidden jacuzzi.

On the second level of the courtyard - you will see an open terrace - there you can admire the incredible view of the magical Aegean.

As we described above, there are 3 different pits in the row, one on the surface of the yard, another a little lower, which are 42 sq.m., 23 sq.m. and 85 sq.m. each. Special case of house with picturesque, traditional, authentic architectural elements.

Let's take you on a mental tour of the first basement: in front of you is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy corner with a corner sofa - double bed and small tables for the ideal gathering of friends. In the same area there is a minimal bathroom with a shower. And here we have a surprise for you: a sensual, Moroccan corner we have created for you and your partner, in which there is a heated hot tub!

And we proceed to the second cave (23 m2) where is a bedroom with a double bed and a gold painted bathroom with thick ropes falling as a curtain instead of a door. This space can accommodate up to 2 people in love.

And we come to the third cave, (85 m2), which has a bedroom in Moroccan style with a super double bed, a small kitchen, a secondary open space bedroom with a double mattress (1.40m x 2.00m), a super huge & exceptional bathroom with two shower seats - so that the couple can enjoy their bath together!

The amazing thing about this space is that it stretches 40-42 meters straight but inside the earth.

There you don't understand either winter or summer, day nor night. Time stops here…
