The property was in the middle of no where, you cannot get by with a car. My room smelt like a sewage I expressed this to the receptionist and he acknowledged that there are some works causing the sewage smell. The manager, was rude and said you look like you are a problem, I’m black btw, his customer service was atrocious. After I complained enough asking for a refund they put me another hotel in Fira which was a lot better, no sewage smell and In the Centre of town,

The property was very clean. The staff were friendly. The hot tub on our balcony was nice, it took a long time to heat up to temperature the first night we were there (several hours) however once it was up to temp it remained at that temp our entire stay. The sunbeds beside the hot tub could use a refresh however the inside of the room was quite nice. It was extremely quiet, we could not hear our neighbours through the walls. The location is quite remote so you need to have a rental car to get there as the bus will not for that far on the island.

A lovely luxury hotel In a quiet location

Hotel stay was amazing, it’s a small hotel so perfect for privacy and located in a very quiet area which we wanted. However on our arrival day, we noticed that our private hot tub wasn’t working. We informed the staff and they reassured us it would be fixed within 2-3 days. Unfortunately it never got fixed during our seven-night stay… we went to see the staff every day to enquire but we never got a clear answer. It was very disappointing as we paid extra for having a private hot tub, which never properly worked and we never got any form of compensation (free drinks etc.). Appart from this issue, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and really enjoyable.

Hotel is lovely, staff are super friendly, pool is amazing and hot tubs in the room are well worth the extra money when you have an evening to look over the caldera in the hot tub. Only complaint is the costs of Taxis in Santorini which is unfortunately not a hotel problem and can be avoided

Loved it! Very nice location, away from all the crowds, but only a short scenic drive from Fira and Oia. Very nicely done suites that looked relatively new. The only reason I gave it a 4 star on the amenities was due to the lack of a gym, but not a deal breaker for us. Great staff!!! Tim at the front desk was amazing! He provided us with great suggestions of what to do and took care of the reservations for an amazing 5 hour cruise that included one of the most beautiful sunsets we saw in Santorini. Nikos at the bar/restaurant was also amazing, always making sure we had a great breakfast experience all 6 days we were there.

This property is fabulous and highly recommend. Beautiful pool and bar/restaurant area with amazing views and sunsets. Great food. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and really clean and comfortable. Loved the private hot tub and area outside the room to lie or sit. In a quieter area of the island so car is recommended.
