The Host & Housekeeper was extremely accommodating to me. I really appreciate the kindness and care they gave me while I was in akrotiri for a week. Will definitely be back. The views, private pool, free breakfast every morning was such a delight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Heaven!

Where do I start? Everything about this trip was perfect and one we'd definitely like to do again. Everything was great from the accommodation and the quality and thought to the finishing touches. Toiletries were fabulous, coffee machine, comfy bed and excellent breakfast. The cherry on the top was the feeling of complete privacy and the amazing views! Would highly recommend.

Super great view, warm welcome and did go far and beyond in helping us out. The whole hotel is in great shape, well taken care of. Breakfast on the balcony is lovely too. Compared to other stays on Santorini this one is really worth the money!

We loved that it is a more quiet area. you can get transportation or rent a car if you want to go places. The other larger cities in Greece were very busy and more hustle and bustle we liked the quite here and the staff was amazing always there for anything at all that you needed. They helped book all our transportation, excursions and everything we needed while we were there.

This property is beautiful and on the quieter side of Santorini away from all the cruise ships. It overlooks the cliffs and the property managers Kostas and Anna go above and beyond their call of duty. They even booked a massage to my room and will book all excursions needed as well as transferred to anywhere you need on the island. I would stay there again.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Kostas and Anna were the best hosts and made our stay in Santorini so much better. The suite was beautiful and very clean, and nothing was too much for Kostas and Anna. The breakfast differed each morning and offered a great selection, personalised to your likes (which they asked on arrival). Kostas was on hand to answer any questions, offer restaurant recommendations and was contactable at all times if needed. The area of Akrotiri was quiet and peaceful, we used bus transportation into the centres and back, very convenient. There is quite a steep walk from the bus stop back to the Suites which was fine for us but less able people may wish to consider renting a car for their time. We hope to return to this accommodation and already have family looking to book. Thank you to Kostas and Anna!

Exceptional customer service. The Black Diamond Suites is so cute and private with beautiful views. Bed was so comfortable. My husband and I vacationed with our older children. Kosta and Anna were fabulous and Kosta made delicious breakfast for us every morning. He even made us dinner on our last night in Santorini. He helped us coordinate tours and dinner reservations. What ever we needed, they both were there to assist. We were treated as if we were family. If you are looking for a quiet place on the island, I highly recommend this place. If you don't plan on doing tours, I do recommend a car.

The host Kostas and Anna were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best for you! R hey helped schedule my airport transfers, in room couples massages and sunset cruise. And made themselves available via text for any questions that I had. The first day the breakfast provided wasn’t what I normally eat ( things I don’t eat) so I barely touched my food. After cleaning up my table Kostas came to ask me what he could prepare moving forward because he noticed we did t really eat. We felt terrible but appreciated that he took the time out to make sure we were getting what we want for breakfast! He makes the BEST OMELETTES!!! We are so sad to have left but feel like we’ve got 2 new friends in Santorini!

Great experience! Kosta and his wife were an amazing hostess. He helped us with everything on the Island. We rented a car which was a money well spent! The room was very nice , very spacious with a private pool and the view to the caldera was really pretty. Breakfast is served in your room/balcony and it was delicious. There is a local restaurant which pick you up and the food was amazing! We will definitely stay there again when back to Santorini.

The property is quiet and private. If you enjoy quiet and being away from the traditional tourist spot then this is your place. We did have a car which we would recommend if you are staying here as transportation is not as easy. The best part of this experience was our fabulous host Kostos and Ana. From the moment we arrived they treated us like family. They were attentive to our every need. From breakfast, to tips about the island they were available. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fabulous time. By the end of our stay with them we grew so fond of them. We would gladly return!

The good: The rooms are clean and very comfortable with amazing views, just as advertised. The staff was helpful and friendly. Make sure you try one of Kostas amazing Greek salads. The bad: There were a few instances of miscommunication and a blatant exploitation regarding a booking amendment. Gregory (the owner) deleted the messages where we had discussed said amendment and we had no way to prove it to the staff, so make sure you screenshot everything you discuss online. Also, make sure to book your own transportation (you'll need it, since there's not much to do in walking distance and the bus can be a bit of a challenge). There are dozens of options available on the island and most are easy to find and book online. DO NOT go with the one they recommend. Having to deal with them was the lowest point of our holiday. ​ Overall, not the best value for money, but we still had a wonderful time.
