Just wanted to share my experience regarding the Apanemo Hotel, you could not find a friendlier staff, they all were absolutely amazing, we were there for a week and they helped us with the car rental, had our breakfast ready every morning, it is a family ran/owned business and it really shows. They pay attention to every detail and truly want you to have an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing spot. Front desk people are awesome. Room cleaners would not replace towels and bathrobes after very long runs and re hung them despite them on the floor , then on the floor next to the front door. Then asking twice. It was possibly a tip thing. Vodka. I’ve never ever seen dirty things re hung. The sheets were changed once and the floors swept once. I hate Sandy sheets. Also eat anywhere else vl

Our honeymoon at Apanemo Hotel & Suites in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, heartfelt congratulations, and a level of hospitality that made us feel incredibly special. The View: Waking up to panoramic views of the caldera every morning felt like living inside a postcard. The Room: Our suite was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated in Cycladic style, complete with a plunge pool where we toasted with local wine under the stars. It was the perfect romantic hideaway.

This was the best stay I ever had at any property. Apanemo hotel was really the best decision to make. The staff were so helpful , kind and hospitable. They made us feel like family , I would love to come back to Greece just to stay here again.

Sorry to say but Horrible first night. Checked in at 10 pm . The heater was broken . Asked front desk . He said it’s working . We were shivering cold with humidity and cold temp of 55 to 60 . Next morning they checked again and said the heating ac unit broken and switched to a different room . bathroom does not have exhaust or good ventilation or does not work. So , all clothes towel and blankets were damp . The staff is very nice . Greek hospitality smile and all is there . Breakfast was very good . Sitdown breakfast is nice.Location is very good private and quiet. They do treat you extremely well . Except that they need to put proper ventilation and exhaust in the bathroom. Also , they should have waived one night charge for me but they only offered 50 euro discount for the transfer . I got sick due to cold and extreme humidity due to improper ventilation. Angelina at front desk is really helpful. Isabella took good care for breakfast. Spiros the manager did the best he could to help in the situation. If our heater was not broken or bathroom ventilation would have been properly done , it could have been 4 star.

Beautiful property with exceptional service and staff. In site restaurant is fabulous. Overall it’s hard to be a pedestrian in Santorini but they offer a convenient and affordable ride service that you can arrange at the hotel. Our room and view were awesome and the staff kindness and help made it a great stay.
