The staff is great!! From the entrance, front desk, bar, food to cleaning people, everyone is extremely professional, courteous, and their customer’s service it’s outstanding!!!

I booked a reservation for July 10th in error and realized the error 5 minutes later and was advised that the wont be in until Monday so I should cancel my reservation and rebook a new one. This all happenes within minutes. Two weeks later I have not gotten a refund and the manager is never in. I don't recommend this hotel as that was dishonest.

The hotel needs improvement. This is an old hotel. The bathtub needs improvement and the towels as well. However, the personal is very attentive and the check in and out was fast and everyone was courteous. The food was amazing. I was expecting a little bit more luxury for the price.
