This property was conveniently located, had a casino, and restaurants. The pool and cabanas were a great place to hang out. My first room had no hot water but they got me moved quickly. Would stay here again

I booked a room for 2 adults doble beds they charge for the room then I show up late night had to pay for another room because it wasn’t a doble bed room they have a full size bed for the so call doble bed room so disappointed

What was advertised that they offer was not true . No hot water to bath with. No refrigerator in the room , no remote control for the television, the WiFi does not work at all in any area of the hotel, the staff has been programmed to lie and give excuses about everything. They only care about the Casino no interest in helping the people that rent to stay . Elevator not working certain times during the day , key to room has to be programmed every 3 hrs . Horrible experience!!!!!

It was not what I was expecting. The bathtub was on very bad condition. The mirror was crack under the sink. It has a hole one of the bed was really hard making noise Every time you moved on the bed. The small couch the cushions I rip. The last they had to take a shower with cold water. And that was room 509

The place is was very noisy you could hear next room activities out loud. The staff did everything they could to keep you happy. Unfortunately the company couldn't help.

As soon as you enter the property there is a strong mold odor. The checkin went okay, but the room was outdated, lack of technology(phones) convenience or power outlets available. Anything you needed from the front desk would take hours for them to respond. At three am the night club opens, plays incredibly loud music making it impossible to sleep. At 6am the hotel staff has loud conversations on the floor, incredibly inconsiderate to hotel guests.
