No les otorgo 5 estrellas porque obviamente el hotel necesita actualizaciones y mejoras en las facilidades y porque el servicio al cliente del empleado del front desk del turno 2:00 pm a 11:00 pm fue muy deficiente durante mi estadía, contrario a la joven del turno de la mañana quien fue muy eficiente y amable ante nuestras solicitudes. Me gustan las habitaciones amplias y la limpieza. El desayuno podría ser mejor, pero es aceptable ya que ofrecen frutas, proteínas, cereales, panes, café, chocolate caliente, avena y jugos. Esta fue mi quinta estadía y creo que volvería.

They have a disco and unfortunately I couldn’t sleep as expected, I only reserved to sleep and couldn’t get to had a decent night. 3am party started until who knows the time. I ended up leaving at 5:30am and slept in the parking from building I was going to have my meeting. Rooms are dirty and poorly maintained, smell moldy and overall is a disaster.
