Beautiful house near the beach, with private jacuzzi, located near restaurants and bars in the area, a charming place to spend the holidays.
We offer this modern house with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, service room, kitchen, dining room and study, terrace with jacuzzi to enjoy up to 12 people in the patio. It also has space for barbecues and enjoy with your Friends, the house has 2 parking spaces and a nice solarium on the third floor. The house is located on the beautiful beach of Juan Dolio, in the tourist area near the airport and the city of Santo Domingo. In the area you will also find two golf courses, supermarket, gas station and good restaurants and bars to enjoy near the beach. Available car rental and excursions to Altos de Chavón, La Romana, Punta Cana, Safari and paintball games. Public transportation, schools and good hotels are close to the area.
There is also a beautiful chapel for weddings and other events near the beach.
