Rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. the hotel was beautiful, staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Location in the colonial zone was fantastic, walked to everything. Would definitely stay there again when in Santo Domingo.

The room was fine, but the property does not have parking. The on-site parking referred to is on street and not reserved. The parking is limited and the streets are narrow and busy. We had to park a few streets away and walk for about 5 mins to get back to the hotel. I would suggest not coming with a car.

Best location, amazing trustworthy staff, clean amenities, beautiful property and delicious breakfast. I would stay here any time I visit. This place beat some of the 5,6,7 star hotels.

I enjoyed the safety features of needing a code to enter building. Unfortunately the Hot Tub was not functioning when I arrived. It seems the staff is stretched thin with multiple roles, sometimes resulting in slow response for service. The rooms are nice and large with good A/C. Very good location near El Conde.

Great location, even greater staff—friendly, responsive, attentive, and welcoming! Drinking water available 24/7 in hot, room temperature and cold temperatures. And breakfast cooked on site and to your order, all included in one reasonable price. If you are interested in seeing the colonial old town, this is the place to stay because it’s walking distance to just about any and all points of interest. The Light House is about the only POI that requires a short Uber ride. I’d definitely stay here again!
