I've stayed at this hotel eight times. The staff is excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend you upgrade to the 21st floor lounge experience, the food, staff and views are amazing.

Pesadilla- publicidad engañosa

Horrible …..la noche fue rentada luego de haber comprado un paquete de pareja que el spa del hotel nos vendió, el cual además de un servicio pésimo, vendió jacuzzi y piscina pero nunca dijo que el área era compartida con niños …..inmagino se quien va a un spa de pareja para luego jugar con niños de otros huéspedes en un jacuzzi donde se suponía que uno tomaría una cava y un plato de frutas. Nuestro plan de esperar el sun set fue tronchado y nuestra escapada romántica traumada. Ojo este día es la real porquería y lo venden con publicidad engañosa. Luego a nadie les importó nuestra situación y si me preguntan ha sido la experiencia más frustrante en los últimos 10 años. Bote mi dinero y todo lo que idializamos se desmoronó. Mejor hubiera pagado una masajista y me quedo en mi casa que tengo piscina y jacuzzi y me baño con mis propios hijos En cualquier Spa de la ciudad te dan un área de adultos y privada para tu relajarte o en pareja o con amigas …..es decir no puedo describir yo con mi copa de cava en un Jacuzxi y 2 bichos cuchuplum a jugar conmigo , me dedicaré a que todo el mundo sepa el desastre y engaño por el que pasamos
