Unfortunately after asking if there was hot water, we were told thait just has to run for a while, but there has been no hot water, or even warm water for our showers. Great staff and location. Is very convenient for walking in Zona Colonial.

Isabel is such a great staff member. She made my stay at the hotel very comfortable. She ensured I was being assisted whenever I needed something. She ensure my room maintained very clean and neat every day. I couldn’t imagine a comfortable stay without Isabel. She is fantastic.

It’s a Beautiful, small, quiet hotel in the old city of Santo Domingo. Staff is very friendly and help full. A few minutes Walk to “El Conde” and other points of interest. In the area you find a Great variety of bars and restaurants. Price is very reasonable.
