Fabulous

My experience was good but the front desk agent Nicolas was really rude with me I try to update my room he didn’t let me talk. My experience with was awful but the other receptionist like irving Antonio and Jose was great also in the animation team Ronald is great and the waiters like Juana , Roberto they are really friendly my overall experience was good

First time we went there it’s was wrong building they upgraded alll of us it’s was 6of us to the resort. It’s was nice this is why we came back everyone was and my sister and I sighed for VIP members. Thank you 🙏
