Bad operating process

The hotel is very nice. However the main issue is their operating process. They will not hold a credit card, however they will hold an amount on your card and every time you request service they go back to your credit to verify if you have any balance left. It becomes a nightmare that kills the entire experience.

I stay couple of times in this hotel. This was my horrible experience, waiting time for check in was 53 minutes, then they give me wrong room, not what I paid for it, then they have to bring extra bed for my grand son, he is 13 years old and i paid for 2 beds with sea view next day they change my room and again was not the room i was paying- sea view. I complained to the manager, she apologized and she said she will send me complimentary diner . At evening 2 waitresses knock in my door , when i open they told I order room service and i told them i didn’t order room service. I called the room service and found out because this was my complimentary dinner and no body bring to me back. This 2 waitress stole my complimentary dinner!!!! This is will be my last visit to this hotel!!!!
