Bed was great. Food was good. There was an incredibly loud noise of birds or bats outside every night around sundown and continuing through to the morning. The staff's English competence was generally very good.

The current are gone in the hotel for hours no one cares no water to bath I can’t leave the room for hours the elevators are didn’t work for hours I have stayed in the room not even someone come check to see if I need anything so I have to walk through the stairs 7 floors down to go downstairs, so this morning upon my chucking out the reception said you used something from the fridge so I said yes but in a joking way I said you guys shouldn’t charge for that as I stayed hours in the room couldn’t go downstairs as there’s no water to bath or current to use the elevator so it should be at the house he went check the manager the manager said no I have to pay for a peace of chocolate 🍫 it was not about the few dollars to paid it it was really causing so many bad feeling about customers service and customer bad service

The staff was very helpful and professional. There were solid dining options within walking distance of the hotel and there was even a grocery store nearby. El embajador didn’t disappoint

Beautiful and classy, great rooms, every possible amenities available, excellent location, serene area, lots of green, beautiful garden. Spa is somehow not at par with the hotel. The majority of the service personal lack expertise and attention to detail, the customer service was poor all around. Lack of information regarding the VIP lounge drinks, they are charged, not free like the rest of the food, snacks, which where not fresh after peak hours. Magnificent hotel with old dirty furniture at the lobby, like I said, needs attention to continue to be as elegant and upscale as it could be.
