Dominican fiesta has been amazing, I've been comjng here since the pandemic 2020.We came back to celebrate my wifes birthday in July 2025. I was upgraded to the newly renovated rooms on the third floor. I was so impressed by the major upgrades. I definitely recommend staying here if you're in Santo Domingo.

Puedo decir que casi todo el staff fueron amables y cuando teníamos una pregunta de paseos o tiendas o la zona colonial nos ayudaban. Staff is excellent but the property is outdated. AC did not work in my room and despite maintenance coming to fix it, it still didn’t work. They offered to change my room but I was already checking out that day so I refused. They extended my check out as a courtesy.

I paid $30 extra to check in early, which was cool until I found out the room that I was in had just been fumigated and it was very obvious. I spoke to them about setting me up in another room which never cool down although the AC was on the lowest setting And in addition there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling which create a pool of water. I was disappointed.

Fake advertisement on the rooms. I paid over 4K for this trip and the room was horrible. Bathtub had mold wasn’t cleaned. The room had a horrible old wet rug smell. The rug also had throw up on it. I had to keep asking for towels. No wash clothes were available for my family. For how expensive the hotel is. They need to do a better job.

I love this property it is my 5th or 6th time staying here but this time as a platinum one key member the upgrade was given and the amenities as well but this was the first time I’ve had issues here surprisingly. Our room was not cleaned during the time we stayed I called the front desk they told me someone would come up no one ever did. When I called back again to let them know the lady asked me if the room was dirty I said well I wouldn’t be calling and complaining for the 2nd time if it wasn’t. The other problem was there was no hot water had to call then for that as well. Other than that I love this place it is one of my favorite hotels.

I was there for 3 nights without A/C I called as soon as I get to the room they asked me if my window it’s not open I said no , called a second time they sent someone and he just put the A/C on a different setting , the 3rd time I couldn’t breathe it was hot the guy come again go to the bathroom open the vent more or whatever he did still didn’t work he told me to asked the front desk to change my room they never did they told me they don’t have room available. Deben mejorar las instalaciones, recomiendo darle mantenimeinto, adecuar la escaleras de emergencia, alfrombras en las habitaciones y mejorar camas ect. Elevar un poco el servicio al cliente. El hotel tiene mucho potential.
