Upon arrival i was greeted by 4 different mosquito bites during checkin The bathroom 1 didnt have wash towles 2 the toilet seat cover was smaller than the bowl and didnt fit 3 most importantly there was no hot water to take a shower and in the morning there wasnt again and i was instructed to let the water run like i was in a camping trip and not at a hotel 4 the shower door didnt close and the entire floor became soaked. In the morning my wife almost fell from the water 5 the balcony doors didnt close and didnt fit properly 6 duat or something else kept coming out of the air ducts that i had to take an alergy pill to stop coughing I usually stay at El Embajador and was there for the beginning of my trip. I wanted to give this place a try since it was only one night but that was a huge mistake. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My single nigh was February 10th-11th 2026 This place needs a major overhaul
