This spectacular unit consists of 3 bedrooms, an office and 4 bathrooms laid out in a spacious floor plan that extends to 275m2+. The unit resides in the 7th floor and has breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding scenery.
The vast living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area from which to enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze. It also has a spacious dining area for more formal engagements. The unit offers a large office for business requirements.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with air conditioning and possesses a romantic private balcony. It also possesses a jacuzzi-bath with stainless steel plated shower head and walk-in closet. (Full A/C)
The kitchen is spacious and a joy to reside in. Countertops are comprised of imported granite and the finishing’s are of the highest order to promote efficiency and aesthetics.

Wonderful stay
Very Spacious condo. The ocean views, specially at sunrise were unreal. Clean, plenty of beds, and all we needed to feel comfortable. The location was key. Close to everything. The Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Great customer service. If we had any questions, they were answered promptly by the owner. We also felt very safe, since this building was gated and with the security staff. Will definitely book this condo again, for my next trip to Santo Domingo.
