Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Positive: Good, attentive staff. Nice pool area with plenty of different seating options. Excellent executive lunch option. Negative: breakfast was not tasty, lacked variety (same options over 4 night stay), cut fruit was not fresh.

The rooms and the hotels needs to be remodels/updated. They should have at less one staff member that speaks multiple languages(English). There were no amenities there else for the pool and gym.
