If I could give this a -500 star score, we would. Where to begin??? Here is the list, if we can remember all of the bad stuff. 1. There was little communication from the host.2. Upon arrival, the location provided to us was nearly 20 minutes away from the actual location (we were only able to find it after we called the onsite person and they dropped us the location pin). 3. Once we arrived to the location, we were told that a person actually stays in the pool house (onsite) and would be there the whole time. Not what we expected. This person actually was on the property, left, came back, etc. without any indication to us as to when he would be coming back (and why). 4. The entire house was not safe AT ALL. The gate to the front entry fell off the track making the place accessible to anyone that wanted to enter.The doors and windows had no locks that work and all of the doors were off the track so we could not lock any of them. Not safe.5. The entire house was dirty from start to finish. Nothing looked cleaned. The bathrooms were not wiped down. There was dirt all over the floors. There was a bag of garbage hanging from one of the trees. There was stuff all over the outdoor kitchen, there was balloon pieces in various places around the outside. The pool was dingy and disgusting. There was dishes on the counter in the kitchen and ants all over the place. The biggest kicker...there was a a pair of dirty underwear on the outdoor balcony. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE EVER!!!
