This property was NOT ready for guests to occupy it. It was unclean, the air conditioning did not function. The swimming pool was dirty. The kitchen had dead insects lying all about. The refrigerator/freezer was not operating. The bedrooms were unkept. The bedding was dirty and had not been washed recently. The bathrooms were unclean. This property was totally Unsatisfactory. I have requested a refund for my deposit, and thankfully, the property manager, seeing the unclean condition of the property has agreed to pay the refund.
