Very nice, clean, and spacious room. The Air conditioning and the hot water works well. Very cozy and quiet, with a supermarket nearby and places such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s and KFC minutes away. Staff are very friendly, professional and responsive.

I booked this hotel for my husband at a great rate. He was flying in at 1am and needed a place to stay until he took the bus to the North Coast. It was 9 miles from the airport and 1 mile from the bus station. He self-checked in late and said it "was clean and nice". He got a good night's rest and took the bus in the morning. Communication was great as well. We will definitely use this hotel again if we have a short trip in Santiago.

My stay at this hotel was great. There are shops and well known restaurant chains nearby. The lobby and the room was clean. Everything in the room worked perfectly, air conditioning, refrigerator, WiFi etc, etc... Didn't have much contact with staff during my stay. But, I was able to communicate with staff anytime I needed support.

The property was nice however, if they skipped a day of cleaning, there would be bugs in my room, which happened a few times. I had to use so much bug spray for the week that I was there. Absolutely cannot bring food or any crumbs from food in the room or else there would be bugs in there. I seen two roaches outside of the door where you enter the building. The room itself was comfortable in the AC worked. The Wi-Fi was spotty. The bathroom is a little cramped, but function fine.
