Staff were brilliant. Room was very tired and in need of refurbishment. The food choice was not great. Queuing for a lengthy time to get a simple drink or just to get tokens back was very annoying.

Just returned from a week at the Alua Suites and had a wonderful time with our five year old. The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. We did day trips over to Deia and Valdemossa as well as the Saturday market at Satanyi, all of which were incredible and easy if you have a car. We thought the accomodation was good, if a little tired around the edges, but the lack of adequate air conditioning was a big problem (not ideal, being pregnant!). However, the staff arranged for fans in our room which definitely helped make sleeping easier. For a resort at the top end of the market, I wouldn't expect to struggle for good air conditioning, honestly. I really hope this is rectified some time soon! This aside, we loved the experience. The pools were fantastic (we especially loved the small one across the road from the main site) and the kids entertainment was fantastic. Our little girl absolutely loved the Animators and danced her socks off at the minidisco each evening. Truly magical! Huge shout out to Ricky and the girls - you are all amazing. The food was fantastic, great selection and really loved the fact that each evening had a theme. Missing Alua Suites already and can't wait to return one day!

Rummet (i hus D) vi fick var under all kritik, smutsigt överallt. Damm och hår på golvet och i sängen, både döda och levande insekter, soffan hade stora äckliga fläckar, toaletten var smutsig och det var mögel överallt. Vi klagade direkt och fick ett nytt rum i huvudbyggnaden men det var inte så mycket bättre alls tyvärr. Vi var tvungna att boka nytt hotell, checkade ut bara några timmar efter att vi checkat in.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und werden wiederkommen. Großartige Lage und ein vielfältiges Angebot an Speisen und Getränken. Vor allem die Vielfalt an inklusiven Cocktails war toll. Am schönsten war der ständige Blick aufs Meer sowohl vom Pool als auch beim Essen.

Séjour du 31/07/23 au 07/08/23 pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en tout compris. Hébergés dans une suite qui n’a rien d’une suite. Chambre avec 2 petits lits et un canapé lit (non préparé à notre arrivée et matelas sale). Petite salle de bain avec 1 vasque et WC non séparé. 2 serviettes de toilette pour 3 personnes. Odeur d’égout et d’humidité dans la salle de bain irrespirable au bout de 2 jours. Piscines non entretenues avec déchets flottants et hygiène douteuse aux abords comme dans les bassins (pansements, plastiques et sable dans le fond…). Nombreux clients viennent rincer leur pieds avec claquettes dans les piscines…Nous avons tous été malades suite au repas pris au buffet. Notre fils de 4 ans prit de vomissements incessants le vendredi, mon mari également le samedi et moi matinée (3 heures) sous perfusion le dimanche. Plus de 1000€ de frais médicaux. Rapport qualité/prix très mauvais.

Fint hotel - lidt byliv og indkøb tæt på i Cala Egos. Stranden i gåafstand (10 min.), bådehavnen cirka 15 min. Væk. Flot udsigt fra hotellet. Havde kun tilvalgt morgenmad - det var vi glade for. Morgenmaden var anstændig, men ikke mega imponerende.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Hotellets beliggenhed er fantastisk. Man kan svømme og snorkle i havet og springe fra klipperne. Poolen er flot og ren. Maden er ok og allergenerne er godt deklareret. Værelserne er store og rene. Der kan være lidt larm fra shows om aftenen. Fitnessrummet er meget lille. Der ligger en lille supermarked i nærheden. Personalet i receptionen er meget venligt.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, die Pools sind toll und das gesamte Service- und Front-Office-Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Speisenauswahl ist gut und das Buffet sehr sauber. Enttäuscht hat uns die Sauberkeit. Das Badezimmer wurde so gut wie nicht geputzt und auch der Zimmerboden war die ganze Woche schmutzig.

vista suggestiva e zona tranquilla

Buon 4 stelle, con stanze monolocali ristrutturati e arredati con gusto, cucina compresa. La colazione era davvero gustosa e varia (però orari rigidi, se ritardavi non mangiavi!).Personale cortese e disponibile, parlano anche italiano. A pochi passi ci sono 2 calette carine. Intorno c'è ampio spazio verde con le piscine a picco sulla roccia. Si può stare sulle sdraio e ascoltare la musica del bar. Possibilità anche di giocare a ping pong. Consigliato!

Flot udsig, nyere værelser, men ikke bo her igen.

Sløv indtjekning, rengøring omkring pool = ingen, mange blade og myrer, rengøring af værelset var meget hurtigt overstået, de 2 kopper der var, lev kun skyllet af, aldrig vasket op, der var ingen ting til at gøre det med selv. Der var mørtel og snavs mange steder, brandalarm lå inden i skabet i soveværelset, så ledninger stak ud af hul i loftet. Maden meget ringe, kolde pizza og pasta hver dag til frokost, salaten var god. Kan ikke anbefale All incl . Vores venners værelse, var meget fyldt myrer, og kloak stank. Udsigten fra bygning A3. Sal var rigtig flot. Der var som vi godt vidste en god tur til byen, hvilket var fint, hvis det ikke regner, for så kører “ toget” ikke, ventede på taxa og tog i 2 timer. Hvis vi skal til Cala D`or igen vil vi heller bo, på Cala Azul hvor vi har boet før. 4 stjerner er det ikke. Og husk egen Balsam, de ved ikke hvad Conditioner.

Hôtel moyen pour prix assez élevé

Points positifs : Jolie vue sur la mer et piscine sympa Points negatifs : Un peu trop éloigné de la plage surtout quand on est avec des enfants et qu'il faut marcher avec la chaleur et les affaires de plage. Buffet un peu bof et beaucoup trop d'huile ! Presque un demi litre d'huile pour faire une omelette...on est assez vite écoeuré...seul point positif au buffet est qu'il y avait toujours du poisson et viandes grillés. Pas de petit savon dans la chambre et quand j'en ai demandé, on m'a dit qu'il y avait du désinfectant. Je ne sais pas pour vous, mais quand je vais aux toilettes, j'aime pouvoir me laver les mains au savon et non pas juste les désinfecter...pas de gel douche non plus car soi-disant en rupture de stock...soit l'hôtel a une bien mauvaise gestion pour être en rupture de stock en pleine periode de vacances d'été, soit ils essaient de faire de petites économies...dans les deux cas, c'est très moyen ! En sachant les contraintes pour voyager de nos jours, j'aime arriver à l'hôtel et profiter directement de mes vacances et non pas courir trouver une boutique pour du savon et gel douche...mais bref, ce ne sont que des details, mais ca laisse pas bonne impression... On a aussi essayé de me refourger une chambre sans vue avec une forte odeur d'égout et passage actif des autres vacanciers...heureusement qu'ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre qui était bien plus sympa. En résumé, je retournerai pas dans cet hôtel pour le prix et la qualité de leurs prestations !
