Infelizmente, a pousada apresenta um aspecto geral de abandono. Tem um potencial enorme, possui uma área bem ampla, com muito verde, jardins e uma boa piscina, mas precisa de uma reforma séria, de cuidado e capricho com as instalações. A equipe de atendimento liderada pelo Gabriel foi bem atenciosa e fez o possível para amenizar a nossa frustração, nos atenderam prontamente em algumas solicitações, como por exemplo na substituição do assento do vaso sanitário que estava quebrado, e na manhã seguinte nos serviram um café da manhã cheio de mimos, mas tem coisas que fogem ao alcance deles, são questões estruturais. Os chalés estão muito mal conservados, necessitando de reparos e de modernização nos equipamentos, como TV e ar condicionado, por exemplo. TV comum sem acesso a internet, somente alguns canais abertos. Ar condicionado antigo, analógico, sem controle remoto, para ligar e desligar era necessário levantar da cama e girar o botão no aparelho. Porta e janela faltando uma parte dos alizares. Portas do guarda-roupas emperradas, fora dos trilhos. Chuveiro com o espalhador bastante entupido, apenas alguns furinhos passavam água, e o jato saía todo disperso. Chalé standard muito simples, com poucos itens de conforto, faltam mais opções de tomadas para carregar celulares ou ligar notebook, por exemplo. Faltou um espelho no quarto, só tinha espelho na pia do banheiro.

Passamos por dois chalés, ambos em estado precário. No primeiro, tomadas soltas, energia elétrica oscilando e o banheiro sujo. Chuveiro não aquecia, descarga sem pressão, ducha higiênica vazando. Fomos para o segundo chalé, mesmo estado, banheiro ainda mais sujo, mas desta vez com o chuveiro aquecendo. As paredes da do box junto ao piso estavam repletas de lodo e com acabamento de silicone soltos. Lamentável a experiência. Definitivamente as imagens no site estão em desacordo com o que de fato são as acomodações.
