About this property
Palazzetto of the fifteenth century, renovated, in the Marche between the Sibillini and the sea
Santa Vittoria was founded around 898 by monks from Farfa Abbey. This abbey, protected by Emperor Charlemagne, in its heyday controlled much of central Italy.
The historic center of the town preserves the ancient medieval layout and the characteristic brick buildings. In the main street (the ancient via Perticaria), which can be accessed by crossing the arch under the Civic Tower, this is where our b & b7 is located. Hosts open the doors of their home to guests and offer one or more private rooms with breakfast included. The bathrooms can be shared with other guests and often share some spaces: such as the kitchen, the living room, the dining area and the characteristic courtyard, where you can have breakfast and other meals. There are seven places available, but they can be reduced to five to accommodate a single family, or a group of friends. A 20% discount is applied to groups, minimum 5 people, who stay for a week and 30% for 2 weeks. Inside you can admire numerous works by the painter Ludovico Catini (1890-1982) who stayed for 30 years in this structure. At 30 km there is the Adriatic coast, and at 25 km the Sibillini mountains.
