Some families received a welcome basket and some didn't. The room wasn't prepared for 5 people and we were supposed to be in the newly renovated hotel but were out the back. When we approached the front desk we were informed that the room we booked was not available :(

The hotel property is gorgeous. We reserved one of the smaller rooms, and it was huge with a lovely view of the pool and the mountains. We enjoyed a couple of great meals at the restaurant as well as a tour of the adjoining winery. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Very nice breakfast. Very pretty hotel, classic, historic. Bathroom is smaller than on my last cruise but very nice place. Mattresses could be changed but that's pretty common.
