very good location - opp train station - near beach - nice location - food was ok - but its NOT english 4* - no way - they charge for room safes - TV in rooms real real crap - nice balcony but very small uncomfortable plastic chairs - room dirty - they very mean with towels and shampoo and no locks on toilet - big room - my wife stated it was like a nice HOSTEL - felt very Russian - but nice location and pool ok - gym very poor - we had family in a hotel 4* a few doors down and that was really 4* - hotel seems old now

We enjoyed staying in the the Hotel Mercury although there were few drawbacks. The food wasn't that good quality as it should be in 4 stars hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for all inclusive staying. Half board was enough.

The hotel was OK. The location albeit at the end of the strip was right by the local trainline (not noisy), train runs right along side main strip and they were on time and regular. Tickets had to be bought the hotel side of the road mind and not at the platform (€19.80 return 2 x adults) We were only there Fri till Mon but went Full Board. But don't expect any type of drink with your evening meal as even water had to be bought. You only got free tea, coffee, juice and water with breakfast. Can't comment on lunch as we were out. Didn't sample.much of the evening entertainment as again we were out and about but what we did see wasn't much to write home about

Good hotel

Train station just across the road so ideal and cheap for visiting other costal resorts and Barcelona. Beach 5 mins walk. Hotel and pool clean. We were all inclusive and had a good daily choice of food and drink and were served by friendly staff. I would recomend this hotel.

Room air conditionig in room was non existence. Had to pay for wi fi as had a phone and tablet . Not enough Sun beds round pool , was a mad dash at 9 am , All gone in 3 minutes . Breakfast not English friendly, bacon and beans only once in 6 days was very poor.

Brilliant Hotel a Must to Book

This hotel has a 4star rating but I would rate it as follows, Firstly the hotels reception is situated in the wrong position to the rest of the hotel which spoils the natural flow so I would rate this as a 3 star, Secondly the food was very good but I would rate this as a 3 star +, 3 the pool area is brilliant and because of the strict rules you can only access this via the bar area which is closed until 9:00am thus stopping people from putting out towels from when the sun rises unless you go out through the reception and into the pool area from the front of the hotel, even then the people who have flouted the rules get a shock when the cleaners and pool attendant have removed the offending persons towels all to the end of the pool area, there are also areas where it is quieter to sunbathe if you need this plus areas of grass to relax on. I stayed at this hotel in June 2015. ALL OF THIS AT A 2 STAR PRICE

"Not impressed "

I was not impressed with the condition of the bathrooms its not it wasn't clean it just needs some new shower units and wash basins. We had to complain and they gave us another room but that only just done the job!

Desilusion

Estancia en general la regular, pq para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas superior hay varias cosas que en hoteles inferiores de categoría son mejores. Sobretodo la comida, escasa y poca variedad y encima no reponen con normalidad.
