Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff doesn’t greet guests,very rude manager,they couldn’t find our booking and made us wait for hours,when asked if it could be done quicker response was if you dont like it you can go to another hotel. Very noisy, people screaming, people swimming in a pool even after midnight.Never seen pool have been cleaned therefore we never used pool:( We were so disappointed and would never recommend the hotel.
