We stayed five nights to visit family. We enjoyed many things about the hotel: spacious room, excellent on site restaurant, walking distance to nice shopping district. However, checking in and checking out was difficult because it can be hard to find parking near one’s room, there are no elevators, and no staff to help with luggage. Also, our room was directly above a storage room and each evening from 8-9 pm, the storage room doors slammed constantly as staff went in and out. The room literally shook! Fortunately all noise stopped early enough for a good nights sleep. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful pool.

This property is adorable. Very family friendly, but we went for a girls weekend so we could wine taste in Sebastopol and get a massage the next day, and then lay by the pool. I accomplished alil of that and would go back again but stay a little longer and do the Sunday drag brunch!!!

The staff at Flamingo were all wonderful. Great service and felt very welcomed. The pool is gorgeous! And love how you can order food and drinks right to your poolside lounger. Really lovely outdoor space and yummy restaurant too. The room was clean and fine, just would prefer no carpets as I always feel a hotel is cleanest without carpets. Especially when you allow dogs in. A very nice family stay, we will be back!

Great stay!

We had a great stay. Josh in the bar was so friendly and helped us discover more things to do in the area. The pool area could use more bussing and cleaning throughout the day. Flamingo flights was kinda lack luster as most places were closed on weekdays or needed advance reservations which I had asked about but no one had told us that beforehand. We ended up just paying for some wine tastings in the area.

Super delayed check-in. Didn’t get into our room until 5:30pm. Avoid Sundays with the DJ and too many people using the pool day passes. Monday was really nice with the calm pool experience we thought we would be getting. We were given lots of extra perks to make up for the delayed check-in on Sunday but we weren’t the only ones with room issues. Some rooms were double booked. Some rooms hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Lots of unhappy guests. Apparently Hilton has just recently taken it over (3 months ago) and it feels like they are understaffed all around—but very pleasant people working there. Lots of college kids working there for their summer job.

It was pretty, the kids love the pool. Except that they let us wait for 1.5 hr to check in, when in fact we are there 4pm on scheduled check in. Other building was stinky not sure maybe it got smoking room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay
