The Gulf Place community is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches on the emerald coast. No hassles, just relax. This condo features a Top Floor balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico! With a king in the master bedroom, an enclosed twin bunk room in the hallway, and a cozy sleeper in the living area, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Take a short stroll right across the street to the beach, relax on your top floor balcony, or check out some of the amenities and attractions at Gulf Place. Situated in the heart of Gulf Place: a convenient coastal community in Santa Rosa that features 3 pools (two seasonally heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle boards, BBQ grilling areas, large outdoor amphitheater, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and BEACH access directly across the street! A few steps away you will find an abundance of  shops and dining options at Gulf Place. In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers lots of live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Cabanas building is in the middle of it all! Explore the neighborhood or take a dip in the beautiful community pool and hot tub.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Three of us stayed at this cute little condo. The view was absolutely amazing, and it was nice to be close to a couple shops. We enjoyed the pool and the beach everyday. The beach access was super convenient. The only problem we had was an interior door that wouldn’t close properly, but we communicated the issue to the property manager and they were very quick to respond. While we didn’t have it fixed while we there, they did offer to come and check it out. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Close to everything! The view fantastic!! I can't imagine a better location to stay on 30A for the price, two bathrooms, incredible view, great beach access and all you need in the Gulf place area is walkable. Two adults staying here. Locking the door when you leave is terrible! Be careful and push door to be sure it's locked. It took a lot to lock it when you come and go.

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, right across the street from three beach access walkways. Can see the water and the sunset from the balcony! Pool was heated, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had the basic essentials. Pecan Jack’s for ice cream was right down the block, and lots of food options were nearby. We loved it!

We loved staying here this past week and we didnt want to leave. This is a very good location and the view from the balcony of the ocean was awesome. This place has all the amenties you need and we really liked the fact that it was very close to Destin. Wonderful bike paths so bring your bike if you like to ride. My wife and I had a great time at the condo in Santa Rosa. We frequent the area often and were not disappointed by our lodging at all. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the 4th level balcony, and the condo was plenty spacious enough for just the two of us with additional room to spare.

My family recently stayed at this lovely condo. It was everything the owner said it would be and more. We loved the location! You are close to Destin, Seaside and many other great little beach towns. Gulf Place cabanas #410 is an excellent location. Great water view from the deck and easy walk to the beach and shopping areas. A great choice for a couple or family with 2 kids. We would use this one again with no reservations.

Lovely unit, lovely area. Beautiful view. Just a bit disappointed the unit doesn't include basic cable, no live football during bowl season and missed the World Cup finals on a cold December weekend at the beach.

Perfect Location And View

This is our second time staying at this property. We love being in Gulf Place. Shopping, eating, and beach within a very short walk. The balcony has a great view of the water. It is so nice having 1.5 baths. The Management Company is great to work with. Love that you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We will definitely be returning.
