Welcome to 37 Red Cedar Way, a charming single-level home designed for easy living in the heart of WaterColor's Camp District. The open-concept layout offers plenty of space to gather, dine, and unwind after a day exploring 30A.

The living area features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing with family. The dining area seats eight, and the breakfast bar provides extra space for casual meals. The kitchen includes upgraded stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing family dinners or beach snacks.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom provides a fun setup with queen bunk beds, a queen trundle, and access to a shared bathroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy the peaceful front porch surrounded by WaterColor's natural beauty. With four adult bikes included, it's easy to ride to Camp WaterColor, Seaside, or the Beach Club and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Guests may rent a cart exclusively through The Electric Cart Company. Please note that WaterColor allows only one electric cart per home, and rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak seasons.

We have been to Watercolor before but this house was just perfect for our family! From the beautiful house to the location - everything was just perfect! We also couldn't have asked for better service from the Sanders rental company. Hands down the best service we have received. Their communication was amazing. We loved everything about our stay and even rebooked for next year! We had a wonderful stay at The Sunny Side. We particularly loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our little guy. We loved everything about the house - it has a very warm and inviting feel, and it doesn't get much better than the location with the new Watercolor Camp pool going in (note it is under renovation currently). We will definitely be be back! Pro top: there are no basic items stocked such as olive oil, butter, etc. So if you are going to be cooking, I recommend you stock your own essentials !

Our week in Watercolor before our college kids headed back to school was lovely. The house was perfect for us and we loved having bicycles to use. We needed a lightbulb and Connie arranged for it to be delivered to us. The only thing I would change would be an upgrade to technology. We would have loved to play some music or had access to a smart tv.

Great Fall Break!

Our family had an INCREDIBLE week in Watercolor thanks to “The Sunny Side” and Sanders Beach Rental! The location was great – just one turn off of Western Lake Drive in Watercolor and walking distance to Camp Watercolor, which is always a big hit with our kids. The house had plenty of space for our family of five, including a four-bunk room for the kids. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing and big dining room table had room for all of us, plus puzzles and games. Beach access is easy through the pools and beach club and the milkshake counter was a nice addition to the pool area. Bikes were all in great shape and Sanders Beach Rental made it super easy to add a bike for our youngest. All around, a great stay in a very nice, well-maintained and like-new home – thank you for a much-needed fall break getaway!
