Have fun visiting the community's private beach (just a 5-10minute walk) as well as Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, and much more within an easy golf cart or bike ride! Central air conditioning means you can escape the Florida heat easily. There's plenty of room in the family-friendly space to relax comfortably, even if little ones want to play. Ceiling fans are distributed throughout the home (including on the front deck) to promote comfort and air circulation. The deluxe full kitchen includes two separate breakfast bars (one at the kitchen's prep island!), plentiful counter space, and an extra-large, French-door refrigerator. Amenities like a private washer/dryer will help your trip go smoothly. In addition to everything at this home, you'll enjoy access to two shared pools, a tennis and pickle ball court and a community-wide private beach.

Parking notes: There is adequate parking for up to three vehicles. There are two spaces in the single-stack driveway and one additional street parking space in front of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
