A code was provided to enter property through front door but the code didn’t work. This was by design but was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. (The property owner did not want renters returning from the beach to enter through the front. Understandable.) All entry was through the back door. It also was not disclosed to us that there was construction happening next door. We did not like the fact that construction workers could watch us at the ‘private’ pool. Gas grill was rusty but the property manager replaced it with a new one the same day I reported the issue. Kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher leaked. Floor had water damage. This house was convenient to the beach, but there were many issues. Property managers were always extremely courteous and were consistently helpful.
