Step onto the main floor of this beautiful 3-story home, where the front room is bright and welcoming with stylish furnishings, coastal décor, and lots of natural light. With a large TV and a wet bar nearby, the vibe is chill, a perfect space for entertaining. But the best is yet to come…

This unique living area opens directly to the backyard pool and hot tub, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor entertainment paradise and hangout zone. Just steps away, there’s even a convenient pool bathroom with an exterior door. No wet footprints through the house.

Also on this floor: a spacious kids' bunkroom with 8 twin beds, and two guest rooms, each featuring a queen bed, smart TV, private patio, and its own sliding glass door. There’s also a set of double washers and dryers on this level to keep beach towels and swimsuits fresh all week.

On the second floor, the main living, dining, and kitchen area features a large traditional dining table with bench seating for 8–10, plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen includes an island with a built-in microwave and is fully stocked and features a mixer, Ninja blender, air fryer, and all the essentials for a home-cooked seafood boil or laid-back taco night.

Just off the kitchen, a screened-in front balcony with ceiling fans makes for a perfect bug-free space to sip coffee or gather over happy hour. Around the corner, another balcony with two picnic tables overlooks the pool below.

Down the hall are two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, and the other with a queen bed. Both have TVs and access to a cozy second-floor living space with a large TV, ideal for movie nights.
The third floor is all about privacy and Gulf views. The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and another screened-in balcony.

Roomy parking fits 4 vehicles, and the 5 bikes are a blast. For beach days, just head south on Hilltop Drive toward 30A and take a left—the public beach access is right there.
